Mr. Garcia is a graduate of Hampton University where he finished Summa Cum Laude. He attended the University of Maryland School of Law and graduated in 1994. Upon graduation, Mr. Garcia was sworn in as an Assistant State’s Attorney for the City of Baltimore. During his ten-year tenure as an Assistant State’s Attorney, he served with distinction. Prosecuting cases in the Juvenile Southern District, Felony Narcotics, and Homicide and finally finishing his prosecuting tenure as the jury trial prosecution trainer.
 
In 2009, Mr. Garcia transitioned into private criminal defense, where he has handled thousands of criminal cases. Mr. Garcia is dedicated to providing premier authentic representation to his clients.  He is well respected in the legal community as he routinely represents clients that have been referred to him by judges, prosecutors, law enforcement officers and fellow attorneys.
